I'm French guy living now in US, in Delaware, one of the smallest state in America.

I really enjoy it, no tax , 1 hour from New York 1 hour from Washington DC, just near the beach and near the mountain...

If anyone need advice, tips, help: do not hesitate to post your questions. It's not so easy to understand how simple things works, like how to find a new apartment, submit for driver license, what's Credit history, how to buy a car, tax to pay...
